Ten Prophecy You Maybe Never Knew

If you believe in prophecies, you'll believe in karma and predictions and everything of that sort. Well, whether or not you believe in them, most people seem to think that they exist. They must have some reason for it so for now I’ll just go with them and tell you that I believe that prophecies might exist.

Over the years many prophecies have been proven ‘true’, however, there is debate that it was just a coincidence. In the past many prophecies have been made and I am sure many are still left which haven’t been fulfilled. This particular article talks about some prophecies that you probably are not aware of. But fear not, we will enlighten you.

1. PROPHECY OF ST. NILUS
St. Nilus was a monk in the 5th century and was the disciple of St. John Chrysostom. He made a prophecy regarding the 20th century. He said that men and women will become indistinguishable because of the way they dress, people will abandon modesty, they will pile up treasures, adultery and homosexuality will be common and they will able to fly like birds and swim like fish. He also said that murders will rule in the society. Well, can’t argue with this one. We see this coming true with every passing day.
2. WHITE HORSE PROPHECY
This particular prophecy was made in the year 1843 according to reports. The prophecy was made by Joseph Smith. He founded the Mormon religion. They prophecy predicts that there will be a terrible revolution in the American land, the land will be left with a government, every wicked practice will happen, families will turn on each other, bloodshed, murder and rape will be common. I hope with all my heart that this prophecy doesn’t come true since it is really horrific.

3. PROPHECY OF THE POPES
This prophecy is basically a list of 112 short phrases in Latin. These phrases describe the popes that have been chosen since 1143. What is interesting is that the pope that is currently chosen (Pope Benedict XVI) is the second to last pope that mankind will ever see. This means that the next pope will be the last one. The last pope means that during his era, the world will end. It also indicates that the world will end as soon as the pope falls. What do you have to say about that?

4. ROBERT NIXON PROPHECIES
“The weary eagle shall to an island in the sun retire, where leaves and herbs grow fresh and green. There shall he meet a lady fair” – this is believed to be a prophesy of Napoleon who was sent to St Helena in 1815 – an island with an abundance of rare plants and named for Helen of Troy who was a “lady fair”.  “All sorts will have chimneys in their mouths (probably referring to cigarettes)”.

5. TARABICH PROPHECY
Tarabich lived from 1829 to 1899. Some of the prophecies he made read, “Men will build a box and within will be some kind of gadget with images… “, “Man will travel to other worlds to find lifeless deserts there…”, “Those who will read and write different books with numbers will think that they know the most…”.
It is said that he also made prophecies about the World War II and what happened in Serbia during the 1930s and 1940s.

6. URSULA SOUTHEIL PROPHECIES
Ursula Southeil’s prophecies are still debated. Following are a few of her prophecies and I am quoting directly:
A carriage without horse will go, disaster fill the world with woe. In London, Primrose Hill shall be In center hold a bishops sea; around the world men’s thoughts will fly, quick as the twinkling of an eye and water shall great wonders do, How strange, and yet it shall come true; In water, iron then shall float as easy as a wooden boat. Gold shall be seen in stream and stone, in land that is yet unknown; and England shall admit a Jew, Do you think this strange? But it is true! The Jew that once was led in scorn, shall of a Christian then be born. [Britain creating the Israeli state?]; for in those wondrous far off days, the women shall adopt a craze to dress like men, and trousers wear and to cut off all their locks of hair. They’ll ride astride with brazen brow, as witches do on broomsticks now.

7. THE TRUE THIRD SECRET
The third secret of Fatima was released on 26th June in the year 2000. That secret referred to a pope being killed and a city in ruins. For the time this secret was kept a secret, many people leaked information on it and it did not coincide with the secret revealed in the year 2000. The secret says that the pope will fall into error and stop teaching the Catholic faith. It also describes a council that will change the Church. Sister Lucia said that the secret had to be released by 1960 or after her death. Why the date was chosen is yet unknown.

8. BABA VANGA
Baba Vanga died in 1996. She was Bulgarian and blind. She made many predictions for the future. She predicted that by 4599, man would become immortal, by 4509, man will be able to communicate with the God directly. She predicted that World War III will start in 2010 and that a major change will occur in the Earth’s orbit in the year 2023. Well, the WWIII didn’t happen. We’ll see what happens with the rest.

9. HILDEGARD VON BINGEN
St. Hildegard was a nun in the 12th Century. Following is a direct quote of her prophecies: “Before the Comet comes, many nations, the good excepted, will be scoured with want and famine. The great nation in the ocean that is inhabited by people of different tribes and descent by an earthquake, storm and tidal waves will be devastated. It will be divided, and in great part submerged. That nation will also have many misfortunes at sea, and lose its colonies in the east through a Tiger and a Lion. The Comet by its tremendous pressure, will force much out of the ocean and flood many countries, causing much want and many plagues. [After the] great Comet, the great nation will be devastated by earthquakes, storms, and great waves of water, causing much want and plagues. The ocean will also flood many other countries, so that all coastal cities will live in fear, with many destroyed. All sea-coast cities will be fearful and many of them will be destroyed by tidal waves, and most living creatures will be killed and even those who escape will die from a horrible disease.”

10. ALOIS IRLMAIER
He was a simpler German who lived in the 1950s. He predicted the WWIII and I quote, “Everything calls peace. Shalom! Then it will occur — a new Middle East war suddenly flares up, big naval forces are facing hostility in the Mediterranean — the situation is strained. But the actual firing spark is set on fire in the Balkans: I see a ‘large one’ falling, a bloody dagger lies beside him –then impact is on impact. Two men kill a third high-ranked. They were paid by other people. One of the murderers is a small black man, the other a little bit taller, with bright-colored hair. I think it will be at the Balkans, but I cannot say it exactly. [...] Immediately the revenge comes from across the large water. However the yellow dragon invades in Alaska and Canada at the same time. But he comes not far. And then it rains a yellow dust in a line. When the golden city is destroyed, it begins…”
The interesting bit is that he predicted that the war will begin in the Middle East. Well, that makes me wonder.
